27th annual kite contest! Pick up a kite template at the library Youth Services Desk or Curbside pick up, decorate it at home and bring it back to the library. Return kitesto the Youth Services Desk or the greeter station and receive a small prize.All kites will be displayed and there will be winners in three age groups. Winners announced on May 8.
