We can assist you with:
- Understanding basic computer, email, and internet skills
- Downloading an eBook or eAudiobook
- Using a smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device
- Using Library apps such as Libby and Hoopla
- Using the Library’s digital resources
- Using the Library’s printing services
We may also be able to accommodate requests for other technology topics.
One-hour appointments are available for all library users; no library card is required.

- Limit of two appointments per person, per month.
- At least one week’s notice is required for making appointments to arrange staff availability.
- No drop-in appointments or requests for Tech Time will be accommodated, but we can help request an appointment for a later time.
- Library staff cannot provide legal advice or counseling regarding online sales, services, or purchases.
- For liability reasons and the safety of patron devices, library staff are not permitted to physically touch your personal device.
