How It Works

We have three study rooms on the main floor available for reservation by library users of all ages. Reserve a room by calling 847-223-5313 or follow these steps to book a room online:

  1. Select the Reserve a Study Room button on this page.
  2. Use the filters to choose Study Room as the room type, and to set a start date, start time, and duration for your reservation.
    • Each reservation may be up to two hours long.
  3. Select Apply to view available rooms based on your filters.
  4. Choose an available room and select Reserve This Room.
    • If no rooms are available, consider changing the time or duration of your reservation.
  5. The reservation form will appear. Enter your name, contact information, and request any additional equipment.
    • Rooms 1 and 2 include a 40” monitor with screen sharing capabilities.
    • A portable whiteboard may also be reserved.
  6. Select Submit. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation!
