One Book, One Community

Come together through literature to read and discuss the same book as a community!

Adults will be reading 10% Happier by Dan Harris.
Kids will be reading Mindful Me: Mindfulness and Meditation for Kids by Whitney Stewart.

During One Book, One Community, we encourage everyone to R.E.A.D. or to take time to R:rest, E:energize, A:activate, D:do, by participating in a variety of online programming for both youth and adults.
