December 15-–February 15
Ages Birth-Grade 6

Learning doesn’t stop just because school does! Stop by the library to participate in our Winter Learning Challenge beginning December 15 to see what sort of fun you can have over Winter Break!

Younger children can choose from a variety of early literacy activities to complete, such as mixing food coloring and water to “paint” outside in the snow, and reading with their jammies. School-age children can select activities like reading a book with a character who looks different than them, choreographing or learning a new dance routine, or taking a winter hike.

When ten activities are completed, children will receive a book to take home to keep, and an entry into our Grand Prize Raffle. Grand prizes include the following: a Corduroy book set and stuffed animal, a set of LEGO DUPLO blocks, a Crayola Color Chemistry Lab set, and a LEGO Classic kit.
